How big are the ornaments?
The ornaments are generally between 2-4" wide, and 2-4" tall depending on the design. Some designs are slightly taller than that, or smaller overall.
They are light as a feather and weigh almost nothing.
When will my order ship?
We ship once or twice a week depending on the volume of orders. Please allow up to 7 days for your items to ship.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We are happy to change an order before the order ships, but we'll need to cancel the existing order and place a new order. Please contact us immediately if you need to change something. Orders that have shipped will not be changed or refunded.
Can I Return My Items?
Once an order has shipped we can't offer returns but we will replace items that get damaged in shipping.
